Shopify store maintenance
Soy.es offers a maintenance service for Shopify stores that allows you to outsource technical and configuration tasks. The goal is to ensure that the store is always operational, updated and working properly.
This service frees you from worries related to the configuration, development, design or emergencies of your Shopify store. We make sure your ecommerce is always up and running and functioning optimally.
Maintenance includes up to 2 hours of service per month, covering development, configuration, modifications and design. In case of exceeding 2 hours, and only if necessary, we can add additional hours, always with your prior approval, which will be billed separately.
Payment for services is made by monthly direct debit on the 25th of each month. The registration and maintenance costs are paid in advance, and overtime not included in the maintenance are invoiced monthly in arrears.
To register your store in the service, we need:
- Invoicing details.
- Bank account details for direct debit.
- Access data to the Shopify administration panel.
- Contact person for emergencies.
